This involves a thorough check of your system's software and files to check for problems such as spyware, viruses and Trojans. If any problems are found they can be fixed and removed straight away. I'll also make sure that you have all of the latest updates for your Operating System and other software. Your computer's hardware is also checked alerting you to any potential problems. Think of the health check as an MOT for your computer, ensuring a smooth and problem free computing experience.

If you've just purchased any new hardware or new peripherals but need help installing and configuring them then this package is for you. For the one fixed price I'll install the new items as well as any drivers and software that the new hardware requires.

If you've just bought a new computer I can set it up and get you going. I'll configure any new software and peripherals that came with your computer and, if you have an ISP account, I'll also get that up and running so you can be surfing the internet in no time.

If you've got more than one computer in your house you may want to be able to share information (pictures, music or documents), share an internet connection or share a printer between multiple computers. You can even play many games together by playing across the network. This price includes The setup and connection of 2 PCs, 1 printer and other network equipment. If your computer is not behaving as it should or crashes randomly apart from being annoying it could cause you to lose important data. Problems can range from a mis-configured piece of software to faulty hardware. If you have got any problems with your PC call or email me and I'll give you a free assessment of the problem. Repairs do not include the cost of any new hardware or upgrades. If I am unable to fix the problem you won't have to pay a penny.

Sometimes, if a computer system hasn't been regularly checked for infection or problems it can become unstable. In these cases it may be easier and quicker to re-install the Operating System instead of trying to resolve the multitude of problems. It will give your computer a fresh and clean start. I'll wipe the computer and re-install the Operating System and any drivers leaving you with a computer that feels like new. If there is any information that you would like to keep I can make sure it isn't lost and re-install it again when the computer is up and running for an additional £10.

By regularly making a copy of your most important data you can ensure that if something bad should happen to your PC (such as your computer hard drive failing or a virus deleting your documents) you will still have a recent copy of any important files safely on a CD or DVD.

How can you offer an 'in store service'?

I can either carry out the checks at your home / office or collect the computer at a time to suit you and carry out the required work at my own premises. Once the work has been completed I can return the computer when it is convenient for you. This option enables you to get what you want with as little disruption to your day as possible.
